The 4C coach is typically established, with a method that already works and a business doing $500K to $2M a year, whose next constraint is capacity rather than clients. The OS is built around that person's judgment: four pipelines (Prospect, Content, Lead and Client) on top of a Digital Twin of their voice and methodology.
